"Postcards" Tour 2016

Northern Irish band Unquiet Nights have had BBC Radio 1 celebrating their infectious Rock & Roll energy, while drawing comparisons in the national music press to Pink Floyd and Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds. (1)

Their second album, titled "Postcards in Real Time", is due for release on December 11th 2015 on the Essential Credential label.

It comes on the back of a good year for the band from Belfast, lead by songwriter/guitarist Luke Mathers.  Their song "George Best City" was aired hundreds of times throughout the year by Sky, giving the band national TV appearances in Europe and having their single "Love Leave Your Mark on Me" debut on Sky Sports 1.

"Postcards in Real Time" is an evolution on the band's Bluesy, British Invasion flavored sound with elements of Celtic Folk, Motown and Progressive.  Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers' Steve Ferrone drums on single "Constellations of She", as well as album closer and upcoming video "Don't Wanna Kill For Religion".

Unquiet Nights will be touring the "Postcards...." album during 2016, and are sure to expand on the 9 countries reached while touring the "21st Century Redemption Songs" album.
